Class Details

• All Levels
• Kids Ages 7-11
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.
• Equipment is included with enrollment fee after signing up.
• If you're new to our academy you will be required to sign a waiver.
• Please let us know if you have any previous injuries and/or need an asthma inhaler due to exercising and content of class.
• Class may be canceled when we have weekend events.
• Class times may be subject to change.
